About

From Redding, CA. At home everywhere.

I grew up in a small town in Northern California. As a junior in high school, I made the decision to travel across the country to Rome, GA to pursue a collegiate volleyball career. After tearing my ACL fall 2021, and realizing my volleyball career was coming to an end, I began explore all aspects of marketing. I even started my own natural health blog (FemFitFree.com).

After completing my marketing degree in three years, and graduating this May 2023 with honors from Berry College, I plan to move to Nashville and begin my marketing career.

Previously I have interned for two different marketing firms: Business Nitrogen and Lead Juice Marketing. From these internships, I worked in blog creation, Instagram caption/content creation, copywriting, and more.

I also worked part-time for DRIVEN360, a PR and marketing firm. As a full-time student and a part-time employee for a virtually run company, my final year of college was a busy one! Despite juggling school and work, I still managed to graduate with honors from Berry College in three years.

Personally, I also run a natural health blog. My website is FemFitFree.com, and the Instagram tied to my website is @kennedyelizabetthh. I can proudly say, that after starting my natural health blog just eight months ago, I have earned a high of over 70K views on my content over the course of a thirty-day period! I am primarily self-trained in the analysis of organic content, but I am currently enrolled in a social media class at Berry that is training me in social media branding, strategy, and more. I am excited to join a team next fall where I can put these skills to use, and continue to grow in these areas.

Besides my previous qualifications, my personal story is important to share. I’ve been a collegiate volleyball player for the past two years at Berry College, and have been a student of the game for as long as I can remember. Although my collegiate volleyball career ended a year ago, I still attribute much of my identity to the sport that made me who I am today. I understand the value of hard work and putting the hours in toward mastering a skill. My competitive nature and ability to thrive in a team environment play a major role in my career search. More than anything, I believe in the value of learning. As an athlete, I was a student of the game, and as a future marketing professional, I know I will be a student of the industry. I hope that whatever marketing team I decide to join in the fall encourages employees to never stop learning, and never stop growing.
